Government of Canada International Scholarship Programs: 
offers scholarships to Canadians for graduate study & research abroad and to Non-Canadians for study and research in Canada.

CanLearn:
provides Canadians with the information and services they need to decide what and where to study and how to cover the costs.

AUCC Scholarships:
administers more than 130 scholarship, fellowship and internship programs on behalf of governments, foundations and private sector companies. Each year, it delivers more than 4,000 scholarships to young people interested in pursuing higher education.

ScholarshipsCanada:
is a database for students looking for scholarships, bursaries, grants and student awards. You need to sign up to get an access to its database though.
