Four hands became many hands - School built in Nepal by a mother and daughter

“We are a mother-daughter team whose projects are fueled by the loving support of many people.” Liesel Briggs and her daughter Rosemarie from Yukon Canada established Hands of Hope, an organization providing "books and basics" to children in Nepal and India, back in 2006.

The project has now reached a mile stone having built four classrooms school in a remote village of Nepal.

The organization is still committed to continue holding events and fund raising for ongoing and future projects, such as providing food and essential supplies to Tibetan refugees and sponsoring the education of Nepali orphans.

According to Liesel Briggs their current goal is to raise funds to put Rohit through Medical school. More information can be found on www.gofundme.com/rohit
